We shall accept your electronic registration without the need for any further written confirmation, so it is important that you take suitable precautions if you are using a computer which can be accessed by other people.

We cannot accept responsibility for any misuse arising on your computer which results in information being given to us without your authority.

We'll never ask you for your online password in an email or by telephone. Keep your password secure and do not reveal it to anyone. If you believe someone has access to your password, you should change it immediately.

The Site is controlled and operated by OneFamily from our offices in England. We make no representations that the Site or any Content on it are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who visit the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

The Site and all materials and information thereon are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we do not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the Site or any information or service provided through the Site. While we carry out regular audits to the Site to ensure it is up to date and suitable for our customers, we cannot and do not guarantee that any material available for downloading from the Site will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.

We'll endeavour to make the Site available but cannot guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, site, router or any other Internet connected device.

OneFamily may provide hypertext links to sites on the Internet which are operated by other people who we believe offer services and/or products which complement those offered by us and we make no representations whatsoever about any other site(s) which you may access through this Site or which may link to the Site. When you access any other site you understand that it is independent from the Site and that we've no control over the content or availability of that site. In addition, a link to any other site does not mean that OneFamily endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use of, such a site and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its respective site administrator or web master.

E-mail and secure messaging

E-mails sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure as they are subject to possible interception, loss or possible alteration. We are not responsible for them and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or otherwise in connection with any unsecure e-mail sent by you to us or any such e-mail sent by us to you over the Internet.

To help protect your information, if we need to contact you about your Online ISA, in most cases we'll do so via a secure message, which can be accessed by logging into your online account area. If you need to contact us about your account, you should use the secure message facility.

OneFamily will never ask you to send personal information, especially passwords, via e-mail.

General

We may assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use.

If any provision or term of these Terms of Use shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from them and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by English law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
